Is the Quality of Life Better During the ICT Age?
According to the World Youth Report in 2003, while more than 800 million adults still lack basic literacy skills, the competency in using of information and communication technologies (ICT) is skyrocketing among the population. This may be due to the changing systems in the workplace, education, and even setups among households. With the ongoing pandemic, ICTs in our daily lives have proven to be helpful in continuing our routines despite restrictions.
