Mr. Paul Wolvekamp, deputy director of Netherlands Both ENDS, emphasized on the importance of utilizing data generated from researches in formulating informed policy decisions to address critical needs of the society. He also pointed to guiding and encouraging students to advance careers in science by utilizing research data from their theses and dissertations by specialists and policymakers.

Mr. Wolvekamp shared these insights during the Scientific Session with the members of NRCP Division of Agriculture and Forestry last October 13, 2016 at Drilion Hall, SEARCA, University of the Philippines Los Baños. Both ENDS is an independent non-government organization based in the Netherlands that works on sustainable solutions for the protection and conservation of the environment while tackling important poverty-related issues.
