Dr. Villarino has been in PWC Davao City since February 28, 2022, conducting face-to-face trainings, workshops, lectures, and consultations with PWC personnel.

PWC’s RDLead engagement is focused on emergency foods research and development. PWC aims to submit a program proposal that will tackle the need to develop emergency food for a more inclusive and needs-sensitive assistance during calamities and disaster. Emergency foods are targeted to cater to people with special dietary needs (diabetics, hypertensive, etc.) during relief operations where standard food items are usually provided, regardless of the medical condition or needs of the person receiving them.
